In a medium bowl, add cake mix, eggs, oil, water, and pudding mix.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a half sheet cake pan (or jelly roll pan) with parchment paper and spray with non-stick baking spray.

Chop the strawberries into roughly ½" pieces. Reserve a handful to use as a garnish. Add the sugar and the lemon zest and then set aside.
