MASTER PIZZA DOUGH

A wonderful dough that's perfect for round pizza pies, Detroit style pizzas, Focaccias, Sicilian pies, Canolis, and thin-crust!

FLOUR

SALT

YEAST

WATER

OLIVE OIL

Ingredients

Makes 900 - 1000g of dough. Enough for three 10" pies.

Measure or weigh in flour, salt, and yeast to a large mixing bowl.

Add water and olive oil.

This is the important part. We do 3 sets of stretch and folds, each 5 minutes apart. Then refrigerate overnight.

STEP 4

This has rested overnight and look how pillowy it is. I'm going to make my White Pizza with it.
