Add the Bibigo Korean Mandu dumplings to a hot skillet with a bit of oil.
Add some water, then cover to steam the mandu and crisp the bottoms.
The Mandu should be crispy brown on the bottom and steamed all the way through. Delicious!

Stir-fry until crisp tender. Create a space in the middle for your Asian noodles of choice. I like soba noodles.
Add the stir fry sauce and combine. Sauce: soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey or brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil.
Better than take-out!
As the sauce cooks it will thicken and coat the veggies and noodles.
Top the noodles with Bibigo Mandu and garnish with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
