Add 1 cup almond or oat milk to a speed blender or juicer. Then one large handful of microgreens of your choice. I'm using "Sunnies" - what I call Black Oil Sunflower Greens.

STEP 2

Add 2 teaspoons flaxseed and 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Then a frozen banana plus 1/2 cup of other fruit of your choice. You can add honey or sweetener if desired.

Blend it up. I start with pulsing it a few times, and then I gradually increase the speed to medium-high. The microgreens will take a minute or two to whip into the smoothie thoroughly.
